Well, we have been on the Elimination diet for 2 months now, and things couldn't be better. It is so nice to see the fruits of my labor. I am feeling great without all the processed and refined junk filling my system. Cooper is doing better than ever, thriving so much. I would guess he's gained around 4lbs, while I have lost about 25! I am now well below my pre-pregnancy weight and even below the pre-fertility treatment weight. It is so nice to have done things the healthy way. I really didn't know if it would be possible, but it was. We are feeling great and loving life!

You are both so beautiful! Isn't it nice that God can use something like Reflux to bring unexpected blessings into your life? You look terrific, and Cooper's huge smile says it all. Way to go!
oh my goodness you are just beautiful. wow. and look at that happy little munchkin. be sure to maintain your weight, as i got a little on the unhealthily skinny side. but i'm back to my pre prego normal weight now, and yes it was so nice to do it the healthy way! AND it barely takes any time at all. :) i'm so proud of you girl. keep up the good work.
